Errors
Welcome to the Errors section of the documentation. Here you will find information on common reasons for failure while modifying services, and how to address them.
In the event that a service has status Failed, you can click on the three dots next to the status, then click on View Errors. This will show you the error logs for your service.
Rocetta is still new! If you run into errors not mentioned here, let us know in the discord server here.
Service failed to provision, but no errors exist
This means the service is still being provisioned in our servers. Check again or Refresh the service after a few minutes.
Error: the stack is currently locked by 1 lock(s)
This error is a result of a conflict in our servers. Rocetta will automatically retry to provision the service and refresh the status. Check again or Refresh the service after a few minutes.
Error: make sure you have set your AWS region
This error is caused by AWS requiring approval before allowing the provisioning of services in certain regions. You may have to choose a different region for your service, or otherwise await AWS approval for your desired region before retrying your build.
